Provides various classes for exception handling.

This package encapsulates all the exceptions that occur in the SMTools classes.

Exception Summary

Exception	Description
DateTimeFormatException	Indicates a malformed Date or TimeStamp object.
FileCantBeCreatedException	Indicates that an attempt to create a file denoted by the specified filename has failed.
FileParseException	Indicates that an attempt to parse a line in the file denoted by the specified filename has failed.
FileReadException	Indicates that an attempt to read from the file denoted by the specified filename has failed.
FileWriteException	Indicates that an attempt to write a value to the file denoted by the specified filename has failed.
RegistryException	Indicates an error involving the Registry.
SoundPlayingException	Indicates that playing of a sound has failed.
